The Fusion Table is planting roots and expanding in Granbury!
Chef Courtney Billens’ The Fusion Table has been inviting the community to savor the events of their life through personal chef and on-site catering services for the past year. The Fusion Table is embarking on a new culinary journey with the addition of The Fusion Table Cooking School & Savor Room.
Chef Courtney and her experienced team will bring healthy, fun, “for the real kitchen” cooking classes to life at The Fusion Table Cooking School. The Fusion Table Cooking School will offer a full monthly calendar of hands-on classes . Each experienced instructor will design their “from scratch”, customized classes and curriculums. Class curriculums will be designed so students learn a vast variety of skills, techniques, cooking styles and cuisines. The Fusion Table Cooking School will allow students the opportunity to build connections with the instructors, grow their knowledge and savor their crafts.
The Fusion Table is expanding the home headquarters into much more. The Savor Room is designed to host ticketed, multiple course dining that The Fusion Table is known for. Diners and foodies will experience in-house and local artisan products and menus that will evolve monthly and focus on seasonal farm to table experiences. The Fusion Table will offer complimentary wine, craft beer, and signature mixology pairings with all menus. The Savor Room will flow into a unique and festive street side space. The Savor Room will be planning and hosting a variety of food focused events throughout the year. The Savor Room will be available for private groups and much more.
The Fusion Table Cooking School & Savor Room character will stay true by keeping experiences intimate by only hosting 16 students per cooking class and 32 guests in the Savor Room. We hope to inspire and continue to tell stories with food.
The Fusion Table Kitchen will support our specialty food and beverage services that we are known for. Personal Chef, On-Site Catering, Mixology & Special Event Services have been the foundation of The Fusion Table since 2014.
