The Fusion Table Cooking School
What to Expect:
Hands on classes are with a certified instructor and limited to 16 students a class. Classes last from 2.5 to 3 hours. Students will work in groups of four. While attending a cooking class, please be prepared to stand, wear closed toe shoes, have minimal jewelry, no loose clothing, and have long hair tied back. Students will enjoy an intimate experience and savor a generous portion of the dishes they are instructed to prepare.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled class. If cancellation is made within the appropriate time frame, the student will receive credit to attend another class. Actual refunds are handled on a case by case basis and must be requested in writing through email.
The Fusion Table Savor Room
Ticket sales for Savor Room events will end two days prior to event. Savor Room reservations must be cancelled three days prior to reservation. Guests will receive credit for another Savor Room night if cancelled in allowed time period. Actual refunds are handled on a case by case basis and must be requested in writing through email.
General Liability Release of Claims
Effective immediately upon execution, I, The Fusion Table Concepts, LLC (DBA The Fusion Table), for and in consideration of the payment to me of all concepts related to The Fusion Table to include the Cooking School & Savor Room, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby release and forever discharge The Fusion Table Concepts, LLC (DBA The Fusion Table), their agents, employees, successors and assigns, and their respective heirs, personal representatives, affiliates, successors and assigns, and any and all persons, firms or corporations liable or who might be claimed to be liable, whether or not herein named, none of whom admit any liability to the undersigned, but all expressly denying liability, from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever, which I now have or may hereafter have, arising out of or in any way relating to any and all injuries and damages of any and every kind, to both person and property, and also any and all injuries and damages that may develop in the future, as a result of or in any way relating to the following:
The Fusion Table Cooking School & Savor Room
Bring Your Own Beverage (BYOB): Any and all injuries and damages of any kind, to both person and property where personal alcoholic beverages of any kind are consumed by the person(s) on any and all indoor or outdoor property affiliated with The Fusion Table.
Complimentary Alcoholic Beverages: Any and all injuries and damages of any kind, to both the person(s) and property where complimentary alcoholic beverages are provided by The Fusion Table, LLC, (DBA The Fusion Table) and consumed.
This General Release of Liability applies to all parts and concepts of The Fusion Table Concepts, LLC (DBA The Fusion Table) to include but not limited to:
Hands – On Cooking Classes, On-Site Demonstration Classes, Off-Site Demonstration Classes, Savor Room Dining, Public/Mixed Events, Private Events, Special Events, On-Site Catering Off- Site Catering, Personal Chef Services, Corporate Events, Children’s Events, Festivals, Ticketed Events, Non-Ticketed Events, Indoor Events, Outdoor/Patio Events, Mixed Business Events.

By checking the box at the website registration or printing and signing the bottom, I agree to the following terms:
In consideration of participating in The Fusion Table Cooking School cooking classes (The Fusion Table Concepts, LLC, LLC), I acknowledge and understand the dangers and risks inherent in such activities related to preparing food, consuming certain foods and working with tools and appliances.
I hereby waive, release, and discharge The Fusion Table and The Fusion Table Concepts, LLC, its instructors, officers, employees and volunteers against any and all claims, demands, actions or causes of action for costs, expenses or damages to personal property or personal injury, or death, which may result from my participation or my child’s participation in these activities.
In the event of any lawsuit, the parties agree to submit any dispute for resolution by arbitration through The Hood County Dispute Resolution Services of the Hood County Bar Association and any award rendered, if any, shall be final and conclusive to the parties.
I assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages resulting from my participation or child’s participation in this program including responsibility for using reasonable judgment in all phases of participation of the program.
I acknowledge that my participation or child’s participation is solely at my own risk, and that I assume full responsibility for any resulting injuries and damages.
I understand that it is my responsibility to notify the appropriate person in the workplace or event host(s) of emergency medical information and have informed the instructor of ANY food allergies or dietary restrictions for myself or my child in both adult and children’s classes.
I also understand that this Waiver of Liability and Release binds my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns as well as myself.
It is understood and agreed that this payment is made and received in full and complete settlement and satisfaction the causes of action, claims and demands mentioned herein; that this Release contains the entire agreement between the parties; and that the terms of this agreement are contractual and not merely a recital. This Release may not be altered, amended or modified, except by a written document signed by both parties.
Furthermore, this Release shall be binding upon the undersigned, and his respective heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors and assigns. This Release shall be subject to and governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
This Release has been carefully read and fully understood by the undersigned. The terms have been explained to me and I am freely, knowingly and voluntarily entering into this Release.
